I just ordered a GlossyBox. What happens now?

You should receive your box by the middle of every month if you have ordered before the 15th of the month. You are then eligible for the next month’s Glossybox. You will receive a unique tracking number via SMS to your cell phone the moment your Glossybox leaves our warehouse.

 

Are there any additional costs?

No, your R130 is inclusive of VAT and includes door to door delivery to your home or office during week day business hours.

 

When can I expect delivery of my GlossyBox?

You can expect delivery by the middle of every month.

 

Where can I have my Gossybox delivered to?

We deliver to home and office addresses in the majority of cities and suburbs throughout South Africa. There are some outlying rural areas which we do not cover and then suggest you have your Glossybox delivered closer to a metropolitan area. If you're unsure whether your area is covered please email the Glossybox team on info@glossybox.co.za.

 

Do you collaborate with one specific brand?

No, however we do only partner with top international and local brands to ensure you get the best possible experience from your Glossybox. We constantly broaden our range and we try to identify the most exciting products every month for you. 

 

Do I know beforehand about the content of my GlossyBox?

Your GlossyBox is a monthly surprise. By having a look at our brandlist and by knowing about the content from previous boxes you might be able to visualise the content of the upcoming box.

 

How does the beauty profile work?

We try to adapt the samples of your GossyBox to your personal preferences and your beauty profile gives us all the important information we need. You can change your profile at any time by going to your user login.

 

The box arrived and the products are great; I am not sure how to apply one product the best way. Can you help me?

Of course we can. Besides the samples/trial sizes, every box contains tips and tricks concerning the use of the products. For additional help please look at www.glossybox.co.za under the specific brands to find out more about their application.

 

Is my box adapted to my individual wants and needs? How do you know what I like and what fits me?

We do our best to customise your GlossyBox to your individual preferences. Therefore it is of utmost importance that you fill out your beauty profile very carefully. Any change can be made via your user login. Experienced beauticians and stylists work out the ideal product choice for you.

 

I have a very particular skin type. Can you consider this factor?

Please provide us with the relevant information using your beauty profile. As far as the products allow it, we will always do our best to choose the product that fits your individual preferences.

 

I liked the products within my GlossyBox– where can I buy them?

Very simple - you will find all relevant information concerning online- and offline shops under the brand information section.  

 

How much do I pay for delivery costs if I order the product in its original size?

Delivery costs and services are dependent on the supplier of each brand and information can be found on the product 'to buy' pages.

 

Can I cancel my purchase?

Of course you can always make use of your cancellation right. You can hence informally resign from the purchase of your GlossyBox within 5 days of payment being received.  

When will the payment be deducted from my account?

As soon as you sign up and create your account the payment will be deducted for your first box. .
